In September 2024, the United Nations General Assembly will convene in New York to confront complex global challenges during its 79th session (UNGA 79). Included in the high-level agenda is the Summit of the Future, as well as High-Level Meetings on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and the existential threats posed by sea-level rise. In parallel, Climate Week will bring together over 600 events and activities across NYC, with Nature, Food Systems and Health as a key theme.
