The Bay Area Global Health Alliance, Girl Effect and Facebook were at the YTH Global Live conference for a fireside chat exploring the power of social media to strengthen vaccine confidence and shape health behaviors.
We viewed part of a Vax Up Podcast featuring Girl Effect India and their work to educate young women and girls about their health. Then, Ben Plumley, host of the Vax Up and A Shot in the Arm podcasts, moderated a discussion with Girl Effect and Facebook, plus a robust Q&A session with the audience.
The Vax Up podcast series is a new project of the Alliance for Advancing Health Online.
