Connecting for innovation and impact for all in global health
Together with Stanford’s Center for Digital Health, the Bay Area Global Health Alliance is delighted to announce the release of a white paper on GenAI for Health in LMICs. The research was informed by a review of 250 projects, in-depth interviews, and organizations implementing GenAI solutions.
The paper examines where GenAI is currently being used, the greatest successes, and how we can realize greater impact of GenAI both for behavior change and broader healthcare applications. Among others, it highlights recommendations such as the need for establishing standards for measurement and best practice, improving language and localization, and prioritizing investment in basic healthcare infrastructure alongside digital interventions.
Register here to join us virtually on Wednesday, March 26 from 8:30-10:00 AM PT as we review the five key findings, hear from implementers in the field, and invite perspectives of funders looking at how to fill the gaps. Speakers to be announced soon.
