Turning Insights into Action: Adaptive Implementation in Practice

Join inSupply Health for an insightful session where they will share how Human-Centered Design (HCD) was used to reimagine their innovative approaches to strengthen health supply chain systems in resource-strained settings. Additionally, attendees will hear how they have deployed HCD and adaptive learning to enhance the effectiveness, sustainability, and resilience of public health supply chains for essential medicines and supplies in East Africa threefold: (1) Equipping health workers with in-demand technical and behavioral expertise to routinely apply context-specific supply chain management practices; (2) Strengthening operational processes and tools to enhance data equity; (3) Professionalization of supply chain workforce.
