Join Alliance member WHO for a webinar that will shed light on the burden of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) among people on the move and the major risk factors. The findings of the first WHO World report on the health of refugees and migrants will be presented and the positive examples from various countries in tackling NCDs among refugee and migrant populations will be showcased.
As a way to mark International Women’s Day, specific challenges that some NCDs pose for women refugees and migrants will also be discussed during this webinar.
