Lu’Chen Foster

Lu’chen Foster leads the Impact Partnerships team at Meta, which focuses on partnering with global organizations to enable social impact programs for health, climate, and equity. Over her last nine years at Meta, Foster has held leadership positions across multiple organizations focused on Meta’s first-party products, measurement partnerships, and data privacy standards. Prior to Meta, she had 10+ years of experience leading product and marketing teams in an assortment of startups and larger companies including Walmart and Blue Shield. Foster earned her MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Mass Communications and Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
