UCSF‘s Master’s in Science in Global Health is an interdisciplinary program that prepares students for careers in research, policy, academia, organizational leadership, and program management and evaluation. The program prepares students for a successful and rewarding future in global health. Created in 2008 as the nation’s first master’s program in Global Health Sciences, the founders understood that achieving meaningful, holistic impact in global health requires bringing experts from diverse groups to work together in interdisciplinary settings. Today, the program is still at the forefront of cutting-edge global health research and impact.
