UCSF‘s Master’s in Science in Global Health is an interdisciplinary program that prepares students for careers in research, policy, academia, organizational leadership, and program management and evaluation. Created in 2008 as the nation’s first Master’s program in Global Health Sciences, their founders understood that achieving meaningful, holistic impact in global health required bringing together experts from diverse groups to work together in interdisciplinary settings. Today, UCSF is still at the forefront of many cutting-edge global health research.
