Maternity Matters: Advancing Quality Care for All Through Healthy Beginnings and Healthy Futures

Join Devex, in partnership with MSD for Mothers and the EWENE initiative, for Maternity Matters, a high-level event taking place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 3:30–4:30 p.m. CET in Geneva and online. This event will explore how global efforts can be accelerated to improve maternal and newborn health through stronger health systems, better frontline support, and mobilization of collective resources.
As the global community pushes to meet SDG targets 3.1 and 3.2, experts from WHO, UNFPA, PAHO, Jhpiego, and the International Confederation of Midwives will discuss critical interventions, financing challenges, and the importance of elevating women’s voices in healthcare transformation.
