Join the Bay Area Global Health Alliance on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 8:00-9:30 AM PDT for AI-Assisted Ultrasound: Bridging Innovation and Access in Low-Resource Settings.
As part of our 2025 AI and Global Health Discussion Series, this virtual panel of experts will explore how AI-assisted ultrasound technology is being deployed in low-resource settings, identifying both challenges and opportunities for increased access and use by frontline healthcare workers. The 90-minute discussion will consist of a moderated panel with interactive dialogue and Q&A.
The panel will invite cross-sector perspectives from tech innovation leaders, clinical implementers/academia, funders, and practitioners. Panelists include:
- Dilys Walker, UCSF IGHS, Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health
- Richard Zong, Gates Foundation
- And more experts in the point-of-care ultrasound space to be announced soon!
