Actionable AI – Building Health Systems for Public Health Impact

Vital Strategies, in collaboration with the WHO South-East Asia Regional Office (WHO SEARO), invites you to attend a virtual panel conversation, Actionable AI: Building Health Systems for Public Health Impact, during the India AI Impact Summit 2026, on how artificial intelligence can be applied in practical, scalable ways to strengthen public health systems.
As interest in AI accelerates across the health sector, many public health systems face challenges related to governance, implementation, sustainability and equity. This session will focus on “Actionable AI”, including approaches that are embedded within public institutions, aligned with policy priorities and designed for real-world use at scale.
The discussion will bring together policymakers, public health leaders, researchers and practitioners to explore how AI can support health systems by improving the efficiency, timeliness and transparency of the data-to-policy process.
